Return & Exchange Policy
At Starlight Skin, your experience matters to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
Please email info@starlightskin.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- A brief reason for your request
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for items of equal value.
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the difference must be paid.
- If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the balance will be issued as store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue store credit at no cost to you.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Promotional or discounted items
- Gift cards
Results Disclaimer
Skincare results vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and returns are not accepted due to dissatisfaction once a product has been opened.
Additional Notes
- Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
